TravelCierge membership benefits are service benefits only, not financial benefits. All incidental expenses incurred for goods and services provided by third parties in conjunction with the provision, coordination, arrangement or conduction of TravelCierge services on behalf of the member are solely the responsibility of the member. TravelCierge is provided by Noelwerks, Inc., with its administrative office located at 305 S. Andrews Avenue, Suite 900, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301. Membership services are extended to registered members only. Memberships are effective either quarterly or annually beginning on the date of enrollment, and renew automatically.

You understand and acknowledge that the TravelCierge service may be modified, suspended, or cancelled at any time by Noelwerks. You further understand and acknowledge that any such change may occur without any notice to you, the user of the service. Your Service Commitment begins on the day of activation of your subscription to TravelCierge. All TravelCierge subscriptions, both quarterly and annual subscriptions, are prepaid. You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the prepaid period. TravelCierge will charge quarterly payment customers $29 immediately upon membership activation. Full refunds will be issued to the customer credit card only if customer cancels membership within 15 days by calling 1-877-CIERGE1, and speaks with a customer service representative. Risk free cancellation is not available to customers who select the annual renewable membership option. For services beyond the prepaid subscription, the renewal period, you may cancel your TravelCierge subscription at any time for any reason. In all cases, if you cancel the service you will remain responsible for service fees and charges incurred through the effective date of cancellation.
